Terms of service

Last updated: August 23, 2026.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Flipria you accept these terms with Neus Digital Technologies Ltd. ("Flipria", "we"). If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. Who can use Flipria

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of your legal guardian and act under their supervision. Flipria is built for professional and business use.

3. The service

Flipria converts documents (PDF, Office, images) into interactive publications, with editing tools, lead capture, analytics and a public API. The limits of each plan are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Plans, pricing and billing

  • Stripe payments are in beta; until they go live, the whole platform runs on the free-plan limits at no cost.
  • AI credits are consumed per operation and are non-refundable; credit packs purchased separately expire after 90 days.
  • You can change plans whenever you want; if you downgrade, your books are not deleted, but those over the new limit stay as drafts.
  • We may adjust credit prices with 30 days notice; your plan price stays fixed for 12 months once you are a customer.

6. Export guarantee

Any book can be exported as a standalone HTML/ZIP package that works without Flipria, on every plan, including the free one. This guarantee will not be withdrawn retroactively for content already created.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Flipria to publish illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, malware or spam, to capture personal data without a legal basis, or to circumvent the technical limits of your plan. We reserve the right to unpublish content that breaks these rules, notifying you when reasonably possible.

8. Your content and the license you grant us

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the books you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license, limited to what is needed to convert them, store them, back them up and serve them to your readers while you use the service. You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload.

9. Data you capture from your readers

For the data you capture with your forms, you are the controller and Flipria the processor. You must have a legal basis to process that data and honor your readers’ requests.

10. Copyright infringement notices

If you believe content published on Flipria infringes your copyright, write to hola@flipria.app with: identification of the work, identification of the infringing content and its URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and your signature. We review every notice and, where warranted, unpublish the content and notify the user, who may submit a counter-notice.

11. Third-party services

Flipria integrates with third-party services, for example Stripe, Google Analytics if you enable it, or tools connected through our API. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

12. Flipria's intellectual property

The software, design, trademarks and the Flipria name are owned by Neus Digital Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the platform except as expressly permitted by law.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Flipria is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neus Digital Technologies Ltd.'s total liability to you for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. If you are resident in the European Union or a consumer under applicable law, this clause does not limit the rights that law grants you on a mandatory basis.

15. Indemnification

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the service.

16. Availability and changes

We provide the service with reasonable care, without a guarantee of absolute availability. If a change in terms materially reduces what you already paid for, you may terminate immediately and export your content.

17. Termination

You can close your account whenever you want from the application. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, notifying you unless the law or a security risk prevents it. After closure, you can export your content for 30 days before it is deleted.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Hong Kong. If you are resident in the European Union or the United States, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection granted by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

19. General provisions

If any clause of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Failing to enforce a clause does not waive it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may do so in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
